Nadal hit with Victor Hanescu on Saturday
Nadal looked to be on magnificient form even in practice at the Rogers Cup.

Rafael Nadal was hitting the ball exceptionally well at the Rogers Cup today in a workout with Victor Hanescu. Even just in practice Nadal was hitting the inside of the line and hitting corners, well paced, drawing "ewws" and "awws" from about a hundred on-lookers.

Photo spots on Nadal were at a premium but thankfully I'm 6'1" and was able to extend my arms well above my head to get the oh-so quality shot in the inset (cropped).

Sportsbooks are starting to open their odds on the Rogers Cup and my recommendation is to sink or swim with Nadal. He has Sam Querrey in his section of the draw and Andy Roddick but neither of those two players is likely to beat Rafa.
