Tommy Hilfiger Tailored Men’s RTW Spring 2016
Tommy Hilfiger picked London this season to unveil his tailored clothing collection and the new TH Flex Rafael Nadal Edition suits.
Hilfiger showed off the first TH Flex Rafael Nadal suits and outerwear, made with a specially developed stretch and stain-resistant Marzotto fabric. “They’re made to move and be flexible — we wanted to do something authentic to him,” Hilfiger said. The suits came in a bird’s eye wool weave, while technical windbreakers had a two-way stretch.
The limited edition TH Flex Collection, of which Rafael Nadal is the global brand ambassador, was presented in an area, which included a tennis court-inspired floor with mannequins posed in active stances wearing the TH Flex suits. The four limited-edition pieces are made using Marzotto COOL LIFE, which is a high-performance line of fabrics that combine a sophisticated look with environmentally-friendly technology and cloth finishes. The fabrics are stretchy giving the suits a high level of comfort. The great thing is that the suits are water-repellent, excellent for those rainy days, stain safe, no more worries when spilling your morning coffee, and wrinkle free, even after hours of wear.
On the 25th August, it will be unveiled in the underwear campaign with the testimonial of tennis champion, who will also be the ambassador, in spring 2016 collection, the Tailored Line, in which created the Flex capsule collection.
