Gustavo Kuerten and his family received this weekend a gift Nadal Foundation. The social project of the Spaniard sent a device called Pure Air Bubble, a sort of giant bubble that provides 99.995% pure air, free of impurities and contaminants controlled level of carbon dioxide.

The link between the two sides was held through the Functional Life, the company responsible for the services of physical therapy at Week Guga Kuerten, which ended Sunday. The Brazilian triple champion of Roland Garros and former world No. 1, thanked the present and joked that young people want the Guga Kuerten Institute (IGK) stronger.
- In addition to this action that represents a link between the two institutions working with children. Now our students will  be able to operate the equipment and I hope that the children of the IGK gain strength and stamina of Nadal - Guga said.

The Modernization of Manacor Center welcomes an initiative to integrate through sport

EDITORIAL PALMA Modernisation Center hosts the second school Manacor this sport in the Balearics that Rafa Nadal Foundation sponsors and directing and Special FEAPS Olympicis, in order to promote integration and development of children and youth with intellectual disabilities.
This was explained yesterday Islands FEAPS manager, Sonia Castro, Enric and Blesa, the Special Olympics. Both stated that the project, launched in June and be completed by the end of the year is for every athlete can enjoy forty sessions of improvement.
They also emphasized that generates such initiatives in terms of socialization and self-esteem in people with intellectual disabilities. Castro reminded the Administration of the need for continued commitment to this type of practice. In this edition there are 19 athletes beneficiaries.
Rafa Nadal Foundation is working with Special Olympics, an international movement, non-profit dedicated to personal development and integration of people with intellectual disability through sport.
The objective of this movement is that all people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to practice a sport, enjoy it and benefit from the many advantages that this entails.
The 'More than just tennis' began last year and has created several specialized Tennis School for children and youth.
