It took Rafa 3 sets to defeat the shotmaking of Julien Benneteau that was going through cramping issues, Rafa wins in three 5-7, 7-6(8-6), 6-2. Rafa plays Marcos Baghdatis in the quarterfinals tomorrow.

Rafa is really struggling out there, his game just isn't clicking for him, can't seem to find the ball out there. Although I think he played alot better at the end of the second set & the third. He wore Benneteau down, but I prefer attacking style of play when Rafa goes for his shots & controls the rallies with his forehand.. I think this is the only way it will make a difference for him on a hardcourt.  Also the pink shirt really needs to go, I am usually not very superstitious but this "pink" thing has me believing that its a jinx! Please NIKE enough with the PINK! We should start a petition for it!
