Stade2 Interview
It is conducted in French/Spanish Rafa answers his questions in Spanish which I don't understand but I do the questions.. which kinda negates anything..The both voices are confusing a bit to me..

Rafa was asked about the problem with Soderling a few years back (Wimbeldon) but that the match was very long and very tense. He said that Soderling used to be very introverted & wouldn't say hello, which Rafa didn't like but that he thinks Soderling was just extremely shy but he has changed in the last year or two, he has opened up and it's great for himself and everyone else.
Too bad the French translator speaks over Rafa's voice. Rafa spoke very candidly about every subject and the interviewers were both direct and friendly. It's funny how they asked him if he supported Gasquet and also they told him to go easy on the French guy Mina.
In the end they also told Rafa that he had a lot of fans in France& they knew it from all the emails they were getting about him and that they hoped he would be the winner in 2 weeks. They talked about a pannel of 17 specialists who met up before RG to establish a ranking of the best clay court players in the history of tennis. They said they determined that #3 was Lendl, #2 Borg and #1 Rafa. Then they were fascinated that Rafa was only 23. So Rafa laughed and joked that he was young enough that he could tumble down the rankings in the next few years.
